Project title: Institutional strengthening
Objectives and results of the action: Civica mobilitas is a program of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) to support civil society in Macedonia, which implemented NIRAS of Denmark, the Macedonian Centre for International Cooperation (MCIC) from Macedonia and the Swedish Institute for Public Administration (SIPU) Sweden. Through the institutional grant in the next three (3) years ADI will focus on upgrading its own strengths and address the weaknesses in each dimension, especially in the “public relations constituency”, i.e civic engagement.
Institutional grants Civica mobilitas will support the process of institutional development / organizational strengthening of ADI based on self-assessment and the proposed “roadmap” for organizational transformation. This process of organizational transformation/strengthening includes five (5) dimensions:
- Ideas, joint causes and joint actions;
- Beliefs, Values and Attitudes;
- Civic Engagement / Constituency Building;
- Organizational Development; and
- Social impact.
