Dears,

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR Expert services under the Project “Civil society in action for equality!” The project is implemented in the frame of IPA National Programme for Transition Assistance and Institutional building 2011. Grant scheme “Further development and Financial Sustainability of the Civil Society” EuropeAid/136-625/ID/ACT/MK. The project is funded by the European Union, implemented by Central Financing and Contracting department, within the Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of the Government. The coordinator is Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) Gostivar and co-beneficiaries are: Association InSoC – Initiative for social change, Community Center “Drom” – Kumanovo.

I am pleased to inform you that ________________ is invited to take part in the single tender procedure for the above contract. The complete tender dossier is attached to this letter. It includes:

B.    Draft Contract Agreement and Special Conditions with annexes:

  1. General Conditions for service contracts
