INVITATION TO TENDER FOR Audio equipment, interpretation and translation services,

Municipalities of Gostivar, Prilep, Kicevo, Brvenica and Vrapcishte

Budget lines: 5.7.1.4; 5.7.2.6; 5.7.4.7; 5.7.5.4; 5.5.1; 5.7.3.5; 5.7.2.7; 5.7.4.8; 5.7.5.5

 

I am pleased to inform you that ___________ is invited to take part in the single tender procedure for the above contract. The complete tender dossier is attached to this letter. It includes:

D.  Tender submission form

For your information your application to participate in this tender procedure fulfilled the technical selection criteria for the following references specified in your application form:

  1. Signed statement of exclusivity and availability (using the template included with the tender submission form), only for key expert/team leader
  2. A signed declaration from each legal entity identified in the tender submission form, using the format attached to the tender submission form.
  3. A completed Financial Identification form (template included in the archive) to indicate the bank account into which payments should be made if the tender is successful.
  4. The legal entity file (template included in the archive) and supporting documents (if the tenderer has already signed another contract with the European Commission, it may provide instead either its legal entity number or a copy of the legal entity file provided on that occasion, unless it has changed its legal status in the meantime).
  5. Tender submission form (included in the archive).
  6. Organisation and methodology (to be submitted by the tenderer using the template provided).
  7. Budget (to be submitted by the tenderer as the Financial offer using the template provided)
  8. Current Status of the Legal Entity issued by Central Register of Macedonia (CRM)

Under point 4.1 (6) of the Instructions to Tenderers you will be requested to submit documentary evidence for these references.
